Spouses active in Lay and Ordained Ministry

Couples sharing ministry together are surely living the dream, right?  This event celebrates the joys of couples working together where one spouse is an LLM/Reader and the other is ordained.  It also honestly explores the potential pitfalls, covering diverse topics such as power dynamics, stress management, sharing leadership with others and sustaining yourselves spiritually – both individually and together.  We are developing a new ‘Clergy/LLM couples in ministry’ policy, and your input can shape the future.  So, whilst it’s not quite a date night this event nonetheless promises to be enjoyable, informative and well worth attending.
