THIS EVENT IS AIMED AT Licensed Lay Ministers (Readers)

Before God calls us into ministry he calls us into deep relationship with him.  Jesus describes this as abiding with him in the vine.  Revd Kate Byrom uses the metaphor of a healthy vine to explore four church characteristics of a flourishing ministry: rooted, connected, fruitful and celebratory.  With time for discussion, space for private reflection and a chance to catch up with other lay leaders, she will encourage delegates to deepen rhythms and practices to sustain ourselves in ministry.  Open to all LLMs and Readers, including those with PTO.
