Church School Leadership Induction 3

The sessions will explore the following questions:

• What is great leadership?
• What is distinctive about leading a school with a Church of England ethos?
• What is the Church of England Vision for Education and what are the practical implications of it?
• What is the best practice in collective worship, RE and spirituality?
• How are you accountable for Christian Distinctiveness through the SIAMS process.
• Who are the Education Team and what support do they provide for me?

This induction is suitable for All new Headteachers, Heads of School and Deputy Heads in Primary and Secondary Schools

Participants will be encouraged to network with others embarking on a similar journey. These will include follow-up network meetings during the year.

The sessions will be led by members of the education team.
