Diocesan Conference 2023 Talks

At the 2023 Diocesan Conference, we reflected on some of the key themes and priorities that have emerged in refreshing the diocesan vision and strategy ahead of sharing it more widely in the diocese. The focus was on celebrating what God is already doing as well as discerning the shape of the priorities in mission for 2030 and beyond.

James Halstead, Director of Discipleship and Ministry, gave three keynote talks on the three ‘C’s’ of the refreshed vision: Compassion, Confidence and Courage. As part of the conference, Bishop Paul also said down with Eleanor Sanderson, Bishop of Hull, to talk about discipleship.
