Developing Diversity
Course We are delighted to launch this new course, Diversity and Belonging. Over the last two years the diocese has been on a journey looking at improving our diversity and also the way we support and advocate for our diverse communities. It remains one of our diocesan priorities and so this course fits into the wider programme of engagement and training which started with the Bishop’s Study Day in 2021.
This course is completely online, and will take about 90 minutes to complete. It is designed to help us think about the way we think, the judgements we form, and how we can encourage belonging in our Ministry context.
The content of this course has been primarily sourced through a leading provider of diversity training, Dawn Lewinson. We are extremely grateful to Dawn for her collaboration on this project.
